Being 4 years old, I bought the building from Lindsey Taylor. I actually was not always into fitness. I was a cardiac nurse for 12 years and school nurse at Civilian. I have always been in the health and wellness area, but on a nursing level rather cellular level. My son was born with amenities deficient disorder, so I would stay to care for him at home. Because of all of the health factors, I would read and reread the ingredients to assure my son wasn’t consuming anything he couldn't eat. Doing this, we revamped nutrition in our family, and put it into The Nutrition Loft, so everyone has access to know what they are eating. Especially in the pandemic, it was very important to talk about health, building immune system, antibiotics, vitamins, and minerals. I wanted to emphasize that in the business.
