ABOUT US
Starting in a small food truck in 2021, Baja Grill brings delicious Mexi-Cali Eatery and Margarita Bar. We put a lot of thought and effort into the products and recipes, wanting everyone to have the best experience when dining. To assure great flavor and quality, our meats are smoked in-house for 20 hours and we pay more for better quality ingredients and better brands in an effort to make a finer and fresher experience.

Heather Baber
From a very a small town to Benton, Arkansas has always been a huge part of my Heather Barber’s life. With hard work and determination, she has been in the restaurant business for 20 years. Owning and operating 3 restaurant, she has a 4th on the way! She has a great husband, son, 2 bonus children, and 2 dogs! Baja Grill has very hands-on owners and managers at The Taco Society Concepts. Constantly approached by employees, current and former, they are told it is their favorite place to work. This is because they value and care about their employees who work with them day in and day out.
